What is the largest steel ball you sell?

We can offer stainless steel as well as 52100 chrome steel balls up to 5"! These are solid steel balls, not hollow.


Are your products certified and traceable quality-wise?

Absolutely! All of our products that Global Precision Ball and Roller offers are available with complete Quality and Material Certification by lot number from the manufacturer.


Do you accept credit cards as payment?

Yes, we accept all credit cards! A copy of your PAID invoice as well as a credit card receipt will be emailed to you immediately upon processing of your order.


Can you ship outside of the USA?

Sure! We ship to Canada as well as anywhere in the world. For such shipments, we require your Broker's name and address/phone to be listed on the P.O. for Customs purposes. As always, we require your account number for the small parcel courier or motor freight carrier.


Do you offer same day shipping for RUSH shipments?

Whenever possible, we strive to meet your needs and help you out of a pinch. So, for UPS orders received before 2:00pm, we are typically able to ship same day. For motor freight shipments (150 lbs+), your order must be received before 11:00am, ideally.


Do you offer DROP SHIPPING options?

Of course! We are happy to drop ship to a third party, such as your customer, using our neutral packaging and your own packing list. There is a fee associated with this service, and we are happy to help you out.


Do you break down your box or case quantities in case I only want to order a few balls?

We are glad you brought this up. At Global Precision Ball and Roller, we deal in large volume quantities supplied to many original equipment manufacturers. Therefore, we sell our sizes according to our box or case quantities. We do not break down boxes.
